Mr. Galloway, normally we just extend an apology for any experience you felt negative about from our dealership; however, we appreciate the fact that you will not be back. To not air all the issues you served us with, let's just concede the fact that you dropped your vehicle with no appointment and then proceeded to contact us on a daily basis insisting we move your truck ahead of loyal customers that had their vehicles in here under an appointment and days, sometimes weeks before yours. We followed all the protocol provided by General Motors and you were still not happy. When we refused to move you up, you berated our manager almost daily; therefore the derogatory language and throwing items at the people in our service department to the point that we almost had to contact the local police necessitates the need for us to no longer service your vehicle. We do wish you well and hope you find a dealership more suited to your personality.

Mr. Smith, we are very sorry you are discouraged about what the service contract covered and did not cover on your most recent service issue. As you were told at the time of diag, we send the repair to the warranty company for review and approval. You were informed by the service advisor that there would be out of pocket expense for certain things (ie, taxes, fluids, etc). Unfortunately, you had to leave the dealership after receiving a call and possibly you didn't have an opportunity to ask questions at that time; however, you were once again informed of this when the appointment was made. I realize it is tough to have to spend money in these times; however, without the service contract, you were looking at a much much larger out of pocket expense. Again, we apologize if you did not understand the process and promist to explain it more thoroughly should you need to use your Zurich coverage again. If you have any questions, please feel free to comoe back and we can run you through the process again. We do hope you continue to enjoy many miles of fun and safe driving in your vehicle

Mr. Willett, we are sorry you feel like you had a less than stellar experience during your recent service visit with Linwood of Mayfield. We can add a note to your customer information to our advisors regarding your desire to have additional services presented to you as long as they are not required by GM or are not a safety concern We are required by General Motors to check cabin air filters, engine filters, brakes, wipers and other maintenance items and let the customer know if any of these items are nearing or at full wear and need replaced. However, cabin clean out and other non essential items will no longer be presented to you. Please remember, you have the option always to say no for any services presented. We would hate to lose your business and hope that you understand our position when it comes to maintenance and safety issues. Please feel free to contact us directly if you have any further questions.

I am so sorry you are having these issues on a brand new vehicle. I certainly can understand how frustrating it is; however, there is only a certain point we can go to on repairs when the issue is a known issue with GM and they have not provided a fix for it. I have spoken with the service department who informed me we did everything GM allowed us to do and did say we were unsure if it would fix the problem. GM is aware they have infotainment issues and believe me, we would like nothing better than for them to resolve the issue so we can get you and others the service you should have on a brand new vehicle. Again, we are sorry you are having these issues and will let you know once GM has provided us with a resolution.
